Jules Young is a multi-disciplinary performer, creator and technician specialising in dance theatre. Originally from South Wales, he is co-artistic director of No Sleep dance theatre and works as a freelancer across dance, circus and theatre. He is a graduate of VERVE and has since gone onto perform in a variety of works by artists including Kitsch & Sync, Krystal Lowe, Toussaint To Move and participated in research periods with Akram Khan and Ransack dance company.

 

Jules joined Ransack Dance Company in 2025 and has been involved in our ‘Explore on Tour’ project, 2024 and ‘Gyda’n Gilydd’ and ‘Arrive at Home’ project in 2025, all of which include community dance activity and researching and developing new works for the company including new tourable double-bill ‘States of Being’.
