As part of our Spring 2027 performances, we are offering workshops and performance opportunities with our company. More details below.
Regular weekly dance classes at our base, YMa, Pontypridd
We deliver the following classes each week (term time):
- Open Level Adult Contemporary dance Class, Wednesdays 6.15 - 7.15pm (all levels inc beginners, ages 18 +)
- Ransack Youth Dance Company, Thursdays 6.00 - 7.30pm (all levels/abilities, ages 11 - 18)
Classes are run in partnership with our associated organisation Artis Community/YMa.

Workshops for Schools,Community Groups and Professional Dancers:
What we offer:
-Contemporary dance workshops for school groups (ages 7+), colleges, universities and youth/community groups.
-CPD provision for professional dancers, dance teachers and physical theatre practitioners.
-After school clubs and regular youth dance sessions.
Our workshops include:
-Dance technique
-Physical Theatre
-Partner and group lift work
-Choreography
-Creative tasks
-Residencies work to create a performance

Online Classes:
As part of our Covid-19 Stabilisation grant from the Arts Council of Wales, our professional dancers recorded some dance classes from their homes. There are a range of classes to choose from including contemporary technique, repertoire classes and creative workshops plus our warm up and cool down tutorials. All workshops are for ages 12 years to adult and include movement choices and adaptions for a range of levels.
