Maddie Jones is a Welsh singer/songwriter, multi-instrumentalist and producer. Using a range of keyboards, synths and other equipment, and working through Ableton, she makes and performs electronic art pop. She has been played on BBC Radio 6 Music, 1 and 2, frequently been playlisted on BBC Radio Wales, and played festivals including Glastonbury and Boomtown. She also recently reached the semi-finals of ‘Y Llais’ (The Voice Wales), broadcast on S4C, and performed as a backing singer for Imogen Heap at the Roundhouse, London.

Maddie has delivered music workshops as part of our annual inclusive performing arts summer schools for several years, collaborating with our Artistic Director to co-create performances using live music and dance with the young participants. Maddie joined the professional production team in 2026, taking the role of assistant composer and live musician in our new production ‘States of Being’, and our 2027 tour of ‘Us and Them’.
